The next two meetings will focus on the 1909 Coat of Arms issue. The first meeting will discuss the issue without overprints and surcharges and the Lunar Year overprints (1333 to 1337). the second meeting will focus on all other surcharges and overprints. This is a widely collected issue, so I am sure many of you can participate.
